I lost my car keys after a night out on New Year’s Eve, I googled lock smiths near me... there were many but after calling around I received the best customer service via telephone. I was give a great price and a great attitude as well! My car was unlocked and I was given 2 keys and 1 remote for a very great price, much cheaper than the dealership would have charged me! I recommend anyone to use their service in time of need ! :-)

I brought my 2021 Audi RS6 to Alex at PHD after an electrical issue. The efficiency and accuracy of Alex’s diagnostic is second to none. Not only did he fix the issue the dealer could not, he even taught me a few things about the car systems I didn’t know! I would recommend anyone with any kind of car to PHD with confidence that they’re leaving with the problem resolved.!! A+++

I am from Pennsylvania, I went to Alex at Auto PHD...after having my Ford F150 to 2 dealers and 4 Ford techs ... my friend who has known Alex and said there is 1 shop that can fix this... so I followed his advice and I followed him straight to Alex's shop...WHICH IS GORGEOUS, I grew up in the Parts Business and owned 2 Napa Auto Pats Stores, let's just say I would die or a customer such as Alex...Knowledgeable is an understatement... I have recently retired and I do bodywork on Late Model Ford Trucks, everything now needs programmed ...I do not have he talent nor the patience, as Alex an his shop does...I hope Alex is prepared for some more work from Pennsylvania ... Let me start saying that if there was an opportunity to give them more stars i would absolutely not hesitate and give them 10. I arrived with a Toyota that i bought from an auction and Alex and his team opened up my eyes from A to Z. Auto PHD Team is above and beyond what a professional repair shop should be. They set up standards for every other repair shop to learn from them. This is my diagnostic and repair shop for life. Honesty is all you can expect from them. Worth of every mile i drove to them.
